Pesticide Act 1975: Section 9(1)

No person shall sell a restricted pesticide unless-- |
|
(a) |
he is authorized in the
prescribed manner so to do;
|
|
(b) |
the premises in which the
sale is carried out has been
registered in the prescribed manner for the purpose; and |
|
(c) |
the sale is carried out in
accordance with such other
requirements as may be prescribed |
